SketchHaus is serving our city with residential Architecture, and seeks a driven and experienced designer to help lead our team! If you have experience working directly with clients, managing multiple projects, and creating floor plans, sections, and elevations, then we would love to speak with you! Your abilities must include:

-Great customer service.

-A supremely positive attitude.

-Ability to design home layouts and commercial facades, minding basic architectural, environmental, and structural principles.

-Revit and Sketchup.

Current job description:

-Answering all phone calls and directing them to appropriate team members

-Making follow-up phone calls.

-Scheduling meetings for the Architects

-Sending invoices and chasing unpaid invoices.

-Managing our client portal on our website (we will give clear instructions on how)

-Creating and developing a list of client and new potential clients emails

-Creating and sending mail chimp (or other) messages

-Creating content for social media.

-General housekeeping items such as light cleaning, and organizing.

-Keeping the break room stocked.
